Lennar, a Fortune 500 company, needed a responsive site redesign to better communicate their brand with their customers.

I assessed their current site structure and contents, and created a new site structure based upon my recommendations.

Determined and documented the current site features and functionality, and strategized what features were considered valuable and included on the redesign.

Wrote business requirements documentation based on the features and functionality matrix.

Created personas and user scenarios pertaining to the the key users and their commonly performed tasks.

Designed the wire frames for mobile, tablet and desktop experiences.

The result: A complete package of UX documentation, strategy, and design recommendations to better humanize the brand and provide more engagement to customers.
